Installation Steps

Buyers will get a Zip file, they have to unzip / extract the file to their system. The uncompressed folder will have a folder called Scriptzol and you need to transfer the Scriptzol folder to your Magento 2 root directory /app/code/.

After the successful transfer, buyers have to run the following commands in the Magento 2 root directory with the help of terminal.

• php bin/magento setup: upgrade
• php bin/magento setup: di:compile
• php bin/magento setup: static-content:deploy

After the commands running successfully, need to flush the cache in admin panel.

Configuration Steps

Multiple Languages

To configure in multiple languages, Under Store > Configuration > General > Locale in admin panel , select the language which needed.

Translation of Languages

For translation of the content in the module, In the app/code/Scriptzol/Megamenu/i18n folder, need to add the file. To add a file for specific language, for eg.arabic for Saudi Arabia, ar_SA.csv is the file name format.

Left side of the column is the original content, right side contains translations.

Single Click Enable / Disable

Admin can enable / disable the extension in a single click. And they can set the menu as primary menu anytime.

Add Menu Option

The Add menu options are title which is for their reference, design type such as horizontal or vertical and the alignment whether it is to be aligned in left or right or center. And admin can set the menu to show for user customer group.

Menu List

Once menu added, which it will be listed on the menu list page.

Menu Selection Options

There are four options for menu content selections. One being the category and others being static block, page and external link.

Block Selection

In this option, admin can set any static block as the menu content. Not only, they can split the contents into number of columns too.

Category Selection

In this option, admin can set category as menu item directly.

Page Selection

With this option, any page can be selected as the menu item.

External Link

Any external link with the label can be added here.

Output

As the items added, category / cms page link / external link will be shown on frontend.

Static Block Output

As the block selected in block selection, the static block will be shown under the menu.
